The CGCS Summer Undergraduate Intern Programme pairs University of Toronto researchers in climate and environmental sciences with top undergraduate students interested in pursuing climate-change research.

The CGCS Internship will run from May 5th to August 22nd, 2025 for 12-16 weeks. Interns will be paid a $580.91/week stipend, 2/3 of which is provided by CGCS, the remaining 1/3 is provided by the supervisor. All interns must attend the CGCS Research Day on Thursday August 21, 2025 in person to present their research.

To apply, students must be 2nd or 3rd yr undergraduate students, submit a one page statement of interest identifying at least one potential supervisor and submit an unofficial transcript or academic history.
